工作职责
1、对进程和产出分配进行管理和分析，并提供改进的方案
2、计划和协调新设备的购买过程
3、提供有效的制造过程的指导书，包括标准化工作
4、协助所有新的产品失效分析和评估涵盖所有进程方面的直接材料失效分析
5、使用夹具及检具的资格
6、决定需要的进程/返工的类型
7、协调和执行每天的产量分析，并寻找包括产出、人力物力的改善方法
工作要求
1、 大专或以上学历，机电相关专业
2、 至少5年以上相关领域的工作经验
3、 良好的沟通表达能力和书面表达能力、良好的人际关系协调以及各部门合作能力
4、 有金属板制造或者塑料部件装配的经验
5、 具有自我激励、良好的团队合作能力、自信、热情、主动。以目标为导向
6、 熟悉组装工艺流程，熟练运用CAD /Pro-e/Office软件
7、 英语正常书写邮件
8、 熟悉电脑机箱、打印机等组装工艺及制程分析者优先

Responsibility
Primary Responsibility

1) Monitor/analyze the manufacturing processes
2) Plan and coordinate the buy-off process
3) Provide efficient/precise instructions for manufacturing processes that include standard work driven by sub-standard material or EC
4) Assist in all new product failure analysis and evaluate direct material failure analysis covering all the process aspects
5) Determine type of process/rework flow required
6) Qualify jig and fixture used

Job Requirements
Education Qualification
1) College Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge & Skills
1)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
2)Excellent interpersonal skills with all departments/units
3)Experience in the manufacturing of sheet metal and/or plastic parts and assemblies
