职位概要:
管理人事行政部门;制定和执行各种人事行政政策和制度;负责薪酬,福利,招聘和筛选,培训,员工关系,劳动争议,前台,保安,清洁,社会责任验厂等工作。
总体规划部门事务,与公司高层保持沟通,传达公司发展方向和目标的相关文件与精神,建立优化的部门架构和组织关系,进行系统管理,管理和监督下属工作。
职位要求:
学历:本科或以上;
1.相关领域工作经验:7年以上
2.相同职位工作经验:2年以上
3.技能要求:
熟悉国家人事政策、法律和法规及与薪酬相关的法律法规;
熟悉各种绩效评价方法,熟悉绩效管理流程;
良好的沟通能力,良好的分析、解决问题能力,较强的统筹规划能力;
细心谨慎,思路清晰,性格沉稳;
英语听说读写流利;
对人才的发现与引进、组织与人员调整、员工职业生涯设计等具有一定的实践经验;
了解企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道;
熟悉计算机操作办公软件及相关的人事管理软件。
Position: HR & Admin. Supervisor
Report to: General Manager
Job Summary :
Management of HR & Admin Department; Development and implementation of a variety of HR and administration policies and systems; Responsible for compensation, benefits, recruitment and selection, training, employee relations, labor disputes, reception, security, cleaning and social responsibility audits, etc.
Overall planning of department affairs and communication with top executives. Convey the relevant documents and spirit of the development direction and goal of the company. Establish optimized organizational chart and organizational relationships and implement system management. The management and supervision of the work of subordinates.
Job Requirements :
Degree: Bachelor degree or above;
1.Relevant work experience: at least seven years
2.The same job work experience: at least two years
3.Skill requirements:
3.1.Be familiar with the national personnel policy, laws and regulations and the laws and regulations related with salary;
3.2.Be familiar with a variety of performance evaluation method and performance management process;
3.3.Good communication skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills and strong capacity of co-ordination and planning.
3.4.Careful and cautious, clear thinking, and calm personality;
3.5.Fluent English;
3.6.Have some practical experience of the discovery and introduction of talents, the adjustment of organization and staff and the design of career of the employees;
3.7.Understand the recruitment process and various recruitment channels;
3.8.Be familiar with computer in office software and relevant personnel management softwares.
