Responsibilities
1.Plan and manage allocation of maintenance resources in order to provide an efficient, safe service to Production process requirement within Maintenance and Repair process budget

2. Ensure that a high quality of workmanship, services, housekeeping, safety and hygiene standards are maintained and improved

3. Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements

4. Address root causes of failures and take action

5. Manage relationships with external contractors, internal customers, colleagues and work as a team to achieve objectives

6. Proper install and maintain process equipment, provide necessary facilities to meet safety requirements specified both by Nestle and authority

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, major in heat & power, mechanics or related background

2.3 years mechanic maintenance and repair experiences in food or related factory

3. Proficiency in problem solving or trouble shooting on mechanic process

4. Fulency in English, both in written and oral

5. Good sense and practice on safety, hygiene and quality
