Responsibilities工作职责

1.Ensure safe methods of working are used through regular briefing and monitoring of practices
2.Plan and manage the shift allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as agreed by the Management

3.Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirement
4.Manage relationships with internal customers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets
5.Monitor the completion of Operator quality checks throughout the shift through regular walkabouts
6.Address performance issues through immediate and appropriate coaching and monitoring, conduct performance reviews of team members in a constructive manner.

Requirements任职资格

1. Bachelor graduate, major in food, chemical, biology, mechanica

2. Two years above production line management experience,

3. Proficient in PC operation, good at written and oral English
4.Good communication skill and strong leadership skills

5. Essential, Team work player and responsible attitude
6.Able to work under pressure and on shifts
