Job Description
1. Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
2. Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
3. Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.
4. Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required.
5. Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.
6. May assist in metric development and tracking.
7. Occasional travel to customer locations.

Job Requirements
1. Work independence to handle new project introduction.
2. Experience on mechanical production. being familiar to plastic injection, metal stamping, power coating, paint and printing process.
3. Knowledge & Skills
1) Bachelor Degree/diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Administration
2) 3 years of relevant project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
3) Sound technical knowledge in manufacturing or engineering
4) Prior working experience in contract manufacturing, stamping or plastic manufacturing environment.
5) Prior exposure in leading project teams with a proven track record of results.
6) Good computer operation skill, knowledge of MS office suite, Microsoft Project.
7) Good communication skills, coordination skill.
8) Language skills - good spoken and written English
