职位描述
Responsibility
1. Handle daily client inquiries related to transaction, account opening, and e-banking trouble shooting.
2. Provide client with solutions to meet their payments requirements.
3. Handle client adoption process including account opening documentation and e-banking setup.
4. Build and maintain close working relationship with various units-product sales, relationship coverage group and operations.
5. Conduct service reviews for corporate clients based on deep understanding of client's business and their needs. 6. Conduct service quality tracking and provide scorecards to the client. Identify opportunities for service improvement and product cross-sell.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
1. 3 to 5 years'banking experience, preferably multiple departments or lines of business including cash management.
2. Good Knowledge of local and cross-border payment products.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, trade and/or credit products.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
5. Pleasant telephone manners and client facing skills.
6. Able to work under pressure, disciplined, and able to handle multi-tasks with prioritization.
7. Proficient in Office applications, excellent English both written and spoken.
