Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Jinan
Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop the Training Operation, administration and Project Team.
· Develop strategies to meet business requirements - Implement, monitor and analyses initiatives to support the business.
· Oversee and manage the training budget.
· Ensures regular reporting and KPI analysis.
· Regular alignment of related topic with Training Academy as well - Responsible for the Train Facility Building Standards and Training Center Project implementation Team.
· Prepare Management and Decision Circle proposals
Qualifications:
· University degree - Background in Business Administration/HR.
· 3years experience with project management in Marketing/Training.
· Proficient English and Chinese.
· Proficiency with project management - Good skills with leading people.
· Competency of understanding KPI reports.
· Ability to steer and lead diverse department.
