Sales & Operations Manager (China-based)/ALDO销售和运营经理(中国区)
Overview
Reporting to the Director, Sales and Operations (head office team), you will play a significant role in supporting the development and expansion of the ALDO Group’s international store roll-out in China. You will be the main liaison between franchisee (licensee) and ALDO Canada head office in applying ALDO sales and operations standards to local markets and supporting the China franchisee in all matters relating to sales and operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activities necessary to the efficient operation of stores under entire designated region and more particularly to ensure that the stores provide prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service in order to promote the brand image and professionalism.管理所有需要的活动,以便高效操作整个区域下的店铺,提供高效迅速的服务给客户,保证销售和客服以提升品牌形象和专业。

- Coordinate and manage project schedules in partnership with franchisee and Canada head office teams and report any schedule issues regarding new store openings and to plan and organize franchisee orientation program.协助并管理经销商与加拿大总部之间的工程计划合作事宜,指导开店事宜、计划,组织管理经销商的有方向性的项目。

- Monitor sales force quality and review ongoing staff issues with both the franchisee Sales & Ops Manager and the Director of Sales and Operations.监督销售力度、质量,审核经销商、销售运营经理之间的存在的人事问题。
- In-season management: To complete weekly sales and ops report and review all issues with franchisee and the Director of sales & operations. To complete one Franchisee sales & ops status report once a season.按季度管理,完成每周销售报告,仔细审视经销商与销售运营经理之间的所有问题。按季度完成经销商的季度销售报告。
- Identify opportunities and develop initiatives and strategies to improve sales and operations process improvements as and when required.识别机遇,开发潜在的策略,提升销售与运营流程。
- Manage franchisee’s sales and ops work load, assess productivity and conduct evaluations.管理经销商的销售与工作负荷,评估生产力,指导评估。
- Ensure that store visual presentation is in compliance with ALDO VP standards and Responsible of sections is appointed to staff in every store确保店铺VP和VP标准是吻合的,负责店铺里人员的分配合理等。

- Ensure that the ALDO philosophy and culture is well implemented.确保很好的贯彻ALDO的哲学理念与文化涵养。

- Ensure efficient communication internally as well with franchisees;确保与经销商、内部的高效沟通。
Key Requirements
- College or University degree preferably in business administration or retail management.
大学学历,有工商管理和零售店管理经验者优先。
- 5-8 years of professional experience preferably in retail related industry.
5-8年零售行业相关工作经验优先。
- Experience in international retail branding a requirement. 有国际品牌零售商店的工作经验。
- Retail store operations and/or management experience an asset.
有零售商店操作或者资产管理评估经验。
- Shows initiative, well organized, able to work with minimal supervision.
工作中能够在不受监控的条件下积极的、有组织的安排工作。
- Detail oriented, problem solver. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
能抓住细节, 自行解决问题, 能够同时管理多个项目的能力。
- Superior communication skills in English and Mandarin.能够很流利的用英语和普通话交流
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.出色的人际沟通与客服服务的能力
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
出色的电脑操作技能(work、Excel、AutoCAD)
- Ability to travel within China.
