本职位工作地点：厦门

Job Description

1.Insure supplier compliance with the TS 16949 Supplier Quality system development requirements for the Automotive Division and the individual plant sites.

2.Be a focal point and communication point for action taken with suppliers when quality issues occur – be first responder on site if needed for major supplier quality and delivery issues.

3.Monitor, summarize and regularly report supplier performance for Asia automotive suppliers for all automotive locations

4.Prioritize current suppliers and formulate a development plan to:
(1)Improve supplier quality system to prevent supplier quality incidents
(2)Improve supplier response to quality incidents
(3)Schedule and visit suppliers to review performance, assess ongoing ability to provide reliable product

5.Improve supplier performance information gathering to provide uniform and consistent reporting from various locations:Develop and Implement a supplier quality reporting through SAP, SPP or other data gathering system to provide a practical and uniform data gathering and reporting system.

6.Work with each Division site to facilitate PPAPs from suppliers as required for new product or product change and to:
(1)Coordinate approval of all new suppliers of subcomponents or other materials
(2)Regularly obtain and review process capability data – Cpk, FA – to assure ongoing quality system capability
(3)Approve all supplier variances or deviations of materials, components or performance specifications. Approve all changes to testing parameters.

7.Work with Materials/Purchasing to:

(1)Select which current suppliers to focus on improved performance
(2)Select current suppliers as candidates for replacement or for which to provide an alternate
(3)Select suppliers for qualification and approval as new suppliers
Audit and provide quality “score” as a basis for supplier approval

8.Act as customer, representing the automotive division to other Bourns sites as suppliers of subassemblies, or final assemblies to customers of the division.
(1)Approve all new suppliers of subcomponents or other materials
(2)Regularly obtain and review process capability data – Cpk, FA – to assure ongoing quality system capability
(3)Review and Approve all variances or deviations of materials, components or performance specifications. Approve all changes to testing parameters.
(4)Monitor product performance data through RATP results

Qualification:
1.Bachelor or above, Mechanical or Electrical education background
2.In-depth PPAP and PSO experience
3. Experience in supplier PPAP evaluation and supplier audit
Sufficient work experiences in automotive industry (At least 4~5years) with
injection molding or electronic components manufacturing background.
4.TS training, lead auditor preferred or Supplier Auditor Cert
5.Automotive core tools training and use experience – PFMEA, Control Plan, GR&R/MSA and SPC, 8D and other failure analysis methodologies
6.Familiarity with Customer Specific requirements for big 3 at least.
Have related experience of internal audit/complaint handling
Excellent communication skills English and Mandarin minimum
