Responsibilities:

q Assists Leader in the design and development of mobile phone or other consumer products.

q Interacts with suppliers, and other internal functional team to support trial build and trouble-shoot build related issues.

q Assists Leader in providing technical suggestions/documents, especially during the quotation stage for new project.

q Participate in early supplier involvement (ESI) and highlight related design/ manufacturing risk to assure the manufacturability and quality of the product.

q Working with NPI to perform DOE and Issue tracking/solving.

q Follow all Corporate Occupational Safety and Health Policies and Procedures.

q Comply with company’s security policy.

q Assigned other duties by immediate supervisor.

1.协助承接新项目,由客户图面转化为生产条件
2.须沟通协调试做及量产单位,解决生产问题,分配资源,follow项目
3.有工程背景,根据图面找出可能问题点,能够反推问题点,并提出解决方案

Requirements:

q Min 3 years experience in metal manufacture process field ( CNC/stamping/polish/anodize/painting/...)

q - Able to work under pressure and team work

q - Familiar with metal manufacture process/tooling and 2^nd process ( CNC/polish/anodize/painting…) and testing requirement

q -With the mechanical design experiences of mobile phone, laptop, digital camera, Pad and other 3C consumer electronic products is a really preferred.

q - Able to identify, perform root-cause analysis, and trouble-shoot trial build, testing issues independently.

q - Pro-E or Uni-Graphic basic skill

q - Basic English written, verbal, and communication skills

Base in Wuxi, but can accept travel( China)
