工作职责：
The Senior Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining, upholding, and communicating the vision of the IT architecture and solutions that support BaiDu’s business strategy and operation needs. Reporting to the CIO, this individual will provide architectural leadership, guidance to collaborate and support BauDu’s business community, ITE teams, external business partners and vendors. In particular, the person defines a clear I T architectural roadmap for BaiDu that encompasses business/process architecture, application/solution architecture, information/data architecture, and technical/infrastructure architecture. As a senior member of the IT leadership team, the position is expected to influence the organization and work independently with senior business and IT leaders.
-Assesses the existing IT architectural landscape, identifies potential gaps and develops a target IT roadmap that includes process, solution, data and infrastructure architecture
-Provides architectural vision for developing and implementing enterprise architecture initiatives that improve business efficiency, IT effectiveness, service quality and business flexibility
-Interacts with business and ITE leadership to clarify IT expectations, solicit information and determine architectural requirements
-Ensures continuous architectural delivery and operational integrity of BaiDu information technology systems
-Ensures alignment of current state and target state architecture, roadmaps (including transition plan to future state), referential architecture patterns and technology standards
-Collaborates on new opportunities to reduce global IT costs, share application services and improve existing solutions
-Provides architectural expertise for applications that can be leveraged across lines of business

职位要求：
-University degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field
-At least 5 years experience of exposure to both customized or off-shelf systems, multiple hardware platforms, and integrated information management systems
-At least 3 years experience in developing strategic IT plans, enterprise architecture
-At least 3 years experience in systems design and development. Experience with Oracle EBS is strongly desired.
-At least 3 years experience with technology evaluation, comparison and selection
-Internet industry experience is strongly desired
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in Chinese
