MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Explain detail about the job responsibilities
? Establish partnerships with end users to influence them to purchase Stanley Vidmar products.
? Develop extensive knowledge/expertise of all Vidmar products.
? Researches and acquires continuously updated knowledge of competitor products, pricing and sales strategies.
? Maintain up to date awareness of activities, industry trends and government regulations affecting the sale of Vidmar products.
? Conduct geographical research to develop lists of potential customers.
? Continuously generate leads and quotes to maintain active activity funnel.
Follows up on sales leads and conduct cold calls on potential customers.
? Utilize dealer and distributor resources to expand sales within the designated sales territory.
? Develops and delivers sales presentations to new and existing customers.
? Makes regular sales calls to develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships.
? Conducts site surveys of new and existing customers to suggest and configure storage solutions.
? Attends trade shows and other miscellaneous events to generate sales, sales leads and customer contacts.
? Work with new Product Development department to provide customized products to end users.
? Assist other Sales Engineer and Telesales Representative on an as needed basis.
Assists with the installation of new products within customer facilities.
? Acts as a liaison between the Customer and Manufacturing Facility.
? Attain sales targets/quotas of Vidmar storage products in designated sales territory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? BA/BS preferably in an Industrial Technology/Engineering related field or equivalent experience.
? 3+ years prior work experience preferably in outsides sales or in a manufacturing/lean environment.
? Knowledge of MS Office products with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Frequent travel required within assigned territory.
