职位描述

Our client, one of the global leaders in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is now looking for a HR Director, Greater China to join their team. This position is to be based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HR Compensation & Benefits management system (Payroll & Statutory Report and Other Expenses)
  • Oversee, manage and enhance company-wide HR management programs and initiatives
  • Plan company-wide HR Development programs and initiatives with business leaders and facilitate implementation effort
    • HR Training Needs Analysis
    • Training and Development Plan
    • Maintain training records
    • HR statistics and dashboard
  • Overall responsible for HR Reporting / Other HR Initiatives
  • Lead overall HR Budget process (Support annual budget process)
  • Special projects from regional or HQ
  • Relevant regulatory authorities and external parties' liaison and update
  • Provide HR business partnership to MD and business leaders
  • Lead and participate in annual budget process (HR deliverable) and other HR programs and initiatives (From regional & HQ)
  • Lead and/or support the required regular reporting to regional office and/or HQ
  • Support implementation and maintenance of QHSE certification

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related educational certificates
  • Min. 10 years relevant experience in HR, especially in Compensation & Benefits
  • Work experience with MNCs and track record & exposure with China-wide plus HK roles and responsibility
  • Well-versed in local Employment Law / Ordinance (China-wide & HK)
  • Understanding of Taiwan requirements and labor law will be a plus/advantage
  • Good working knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements and experience in liaison with external partners/vendors
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Simplified Chinese, while Traditional Chinese being a plus)
  • Good command of Cantonese language certainly a plus/advantage
  • High level of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Know-how and relevant experience of HR information system and also automated payroll system
  • High level of confidentiality, organized, detail-conscious, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Overall know how and experience in the establishment of HR management system in China as a whole
  • Experience in HSE deployment would be a plus
  • Ability to travel (mainly China, Hong Kong & maybe other parts of Asia)
