VP Engineering

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Product Engineer for a major product group includes managing all engineering related issues related to the product group
+ Provide technical expertise for the internal manufacturing process & to vendors supplying raw-material and components
+ Work with the Production-Manager & Quality-Assurance Manager to assure on-time shipment of quality products
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
+ More than 5 years engineering work-experience at a manufacturing company
+ Manufacturing or factory-floor experience not just design experience
+ Experience CNC machine or welding processes helpful
+ Familiar with quality-assurance processes & procedures
+ Welding or metal fabrication knowledge helpful
+ CNC horizontal or vertical-mill experience helpful
+ Familiarity with Solid-Works 3D modeling software
+ Speak native Chinese Madarin
+ Good English skills
