职位描述
Job Title: HR Manager
Business Unit: ZJ SS (Zhejiang Security Solutions)
Department: HR Department
Reporting Relationships
Direct Manager: GM, ZJ JV
Matrix Manager: Senior HR Manager, China
Direct Reports: HR Assistant/Supervisor/Specialist(s)
Location: Hangzhou, China
Objective
Under China HR’s guideline, oversees full spectrum of Human Resources management issues of ZJ JV which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and HR policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
Formulate, implement and monitor the HR strategies for the JV through the annual business plan process.
Manage the annual budget for HR Department.
Work with the China HR on various HR projects; and ensure compliance with Group standards and reporting requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance.
Continually improve company culture with promoting G4S core values and facilitating other HR programs
Work closely with business lines on manpower planning and strategy on recruitment and retention.
Work closely with business lines on succession plan.
Conduct periodical C&B review to ensure competitiveness in market as well as compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
Evaluate learning and development needs in organization and implement effective programs to enhance talent.
Implement performance appraisal and other HR events required
Work closely with business lines on labor dispute.
Lead the HR team to implement recruitment, payroll, benefits, contract management and other HR affairs.
Develop a competent HR team.
Key Result Areas
Strictly Implement HR polices and meet Group HR Minimum Standards
Develop HR management level within the JV
Good relationship with business lines
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor degree or above;
At least 5 years relevant working experience in HR. C&B or recruiting functions experience is preferred;
Strong interpersonal skill;
Good communication and influencing skill;
Good organization skill;
Self-motivated and proactive;
Good team leader and team player;
Integrity and self-disciplined;
Details oriented;
Stable and can work under pressure;
Good English in both written and oral;
Good command of MS word, excel and PPT.
