职位描述
工作范围:
常驻杭州,或者温州,或者宁波,或者深圳,做为CHB(现为亚检的一部分)的销售人员,在开发和管理你自己的客户之前,会先在深圳或温州受训。任何需要遵守当地和国际标准的厂商都是你的潜在客户。
工作职责:
工作内容包含如下但不仅限于:
1,确认,开发潜在的客人使之成为我们的客户;
2,跟进客户的需求,确保客户正确使用公司系统;
3,提供更有价值的附加服务,或者让客户更频繁的使用我们的服务,以增加营收;
4,确保客户的满意度,和营运部,市场部大力配合协作;
5,遵守公司的各项规章制度;
任职要求:
1,具备检测行业的知识和经验;如在相关检测实验室工作最佳;
2,至少2年成功的销售经验,尤其是B2B销售;
3,个性积极,精力充沛,有强烈进取心;
4,处事有耐心有毅力;
5,有良好的商业意识,有学习潜力;
6,能承受大的工作压力;
7,自我激励,能独立开展工作;
8,需具备一定的英语能力;读写熟悉;
Job Scope:
Based in Hangzhou or Wenzhou or Ningbo, or Shenzhen,as one of CHB (part of AsiaInspection group) Account Managers, you will get training on our services and marketing techniques in Shenzhen and/or Wenzhou first before developing and managing your own Clients Portfolio. Any manufacturer that need to comply local or international standard is your potential client.
Main Duties:
The missions you will be assigned will cover, but will not be limited to:
- Identify, contact & prospect potential clients and turn them into customers;
- Follow up your clients portfolio and ensure they use CHB/AsiaInspection tools properly;
- Develop the revenue brought by your clients, for example by offering additional services or by pushing them to use our services more frequently
- Maintain clients’ satisfaction, in collaboration with Operations & Marketing teams;
- Respect and comply with company's Rules & Policies.
Profile:
We are looking for an applicant, with experience in at least one of the following fields:
- Direct knowledge or experience of the Testing Industry;
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience, especially business to business sales
Competencies required:
-Must have experience with test agency.
- Energetic and dynamic character, a winning purpose
- Persistent and patient with good ability to close deals
- Good business sense /learning potential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self motivated person able to work independently
- English should be good at reading and writing
