Job description (工作地点：东莞桥头镇)



Be responsible of shift EHS management among the whole plant

Be in responsible of Process discipline, to make sure operators follow up process standard strictly and make the corrective plan in time if needed;

To manage the shift manufacture go smoothly , to ensure on-time delivery.

Continual improvement plan implementation of the shift

Emergency case management of the shift

In charge of quality

Be responsible of shift coordinating with other function, to make sure a good communication

Trouble shooting to ensure product meets specification

Be responsible of team and performance appraisal, to make sure their qualification.

Reduce manufacturing costs by recommending more efficient technologies and processing aides.

Carry out relevant risk assessments.

Any additional duties commensurate with the role and function as changes take place.



Qualification.

Production management major or relevant major, over bachelor.

Accept the training on production management, project management, and product knowledge.

Over 5 years’ experience on production management, at leat 3 years managerial level in plastics industry.

Be familiar with production technology and procedure, work principle.

Be familiar with office software.

Can write and read in English.

Initiative, aglity, earnest.

Excellent management skills, strong communication skills and team spirits.
