职位描述
岗位职责：
1.参与项目的需求分析、技术研究及关键技术的开发工作。
Participate in project requirements analysis, technical research, and key technology development.
2.负责对产品技术需求进行分析、架构设计、技术选型、模块开发、数据库和服务器平台部署、安全策略、核心代码开发、运行管理等整体工作。
Responsible for analyzing product technical requirements, architecture design, technology selection, module development, database and server platform deployment, security strategy, core code development, and operation management.
3.负责已有系统的性能优化、维护升级，满足业务需求。
Responsible for performance optimization, maintenance, and upgrade of existing systems to meet business needs.

4.负责引入新技术和实践，推动公司IT技术创新。
Responsible for introducing new technologies and practices to drive IT innovation within the company.
5.根据产品和项目需求，分析、设计与实现系统架构方案，保障系统架构的合理性、可扩展性、高性能及高稳定性。
Analyze, design, and implement system architecture solutions based on product and project requirements, ensuring the rationality, scalability, high performance, and high stability of the system architecture.
6.撰写技术文档、进行代码审查，确保项目的进度和质量。
Write technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure project progress and quality.
任职要求：
1.5年以上JAVA开发经验，计算机科学与技术专业优先，JAVA基础扎实，能独立开发,有独立项目经验者优先。
Over 5 years of Java development experience, Computer Science and Technology preferred，with a solid foundation in Java and the ability to develop independently. Candidates with independent project experience are preferred.
2.有较强的学习能力和扎实的编程能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
Strong learning ability and solid programming skills, clear thinking, good at problem-solving, able to independently analyze and solve problems.
3.有规范化标准化的代码编写习惯和较强的技术文档输出能力。
Habit of writing standardized code and strong ability to produce technical documentation.
4.有较强的逻辑思维能力，算法编写能力者优先。
Strong logical thinking ability, and preference for those with algorithm writing skills.
5.拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。
A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
6.英语听说读写能力良好者优先考虑。
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
