一、岗位职责
1. For global category sourcing parts, implements effective sourcing
strategies and provide professional advice to global category manager for
strategy making/optimizing, work together with ABB Europe to work out strategy
and coordinate strategy implementation in CN.
对于全球品类采购部件，有效执行采购策略，并为全球品类经理提供策略制定/优化的专业建议，与ABB国外采购团队一起制定策略并协调在中国的实施。
2. For local category sourcing parts, develop sourcing strategy, evaluate
and develop the supply base. Can introduce new suppliers as appropriate to meet
current and future business needs.
针对本地品类采购零件，制定采购策略，评估和发展供应商池，并引入新的供应商以满足当前和未来的业务需求。
3. Work closely with R&D and Quality Dept., manage well of responsible
components development to meet ABB’s quality standard and time plan;
与研发,工程,质量等相关部门密切合作, 按照ABB的质量及项目计划完成零部件的开发。
4. Manages planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets,
minimizes risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance
with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with Company
guidelines.
管理采购活动的计划和跟踪，成本预算，通过按照质量和商业程序以及公司指导方针进行采购，将质量和财务风险降低。
5. Identifying, tracking and implementing cost saving actions to meet the
year on year productivity targets for the category
建立、跟进和推动成本节约行动的实施，以实现所负责采购品类的年度成本节约目标
6. Participating in the contract negotiation of the global suppliers
together with the Global Category Manager, and lead the contract negotiations
of the local suppliers.
与全球品类经理一起参与全球供应商的合同谈判，并领导本地供应商的合同谈判。
7. Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.
Provides ongoing oversight and contract management with suppliers.
根据当地业务需求调整公司合同框架, 对供应商进行持续的监督和合同管理。
8. Contributes to, and participates in setting and implementing budget and
targets within the framework. Ensures the responsible category sourcing
performance targets are achieved.
协助并参与制定和实施框架内的预算和目标，确保所负责的品类采购的绩效目标得以实现。
9. Define & constant improvement of value chain with focus to shorten lead
time and optimize logistic processes, considering total cost.
持续优化供应链，重点缩短交货时间和优化物流流程，降低总成本
10. Close cooperation with purchasing team to support capacity planning and
scalability / flexibility planning and work with Quality to improve supplier
performance (OTD, DPPM, lead time etc.)
与采购团队密切合作，支持产能计划和可扩展性/灵活性计划，并与质量部门合作提高供应商绩效(OTD, DPPM，交货期等)
11. Manage the price and quota.

二、任职要求
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Engineering/Electrical or other
related
本科或硕士学历，机械/工程/电气或其他相关专业
2. Minimum 3 years sourcing related working experience
3年以上采购相关工作经验
3. Good knowledge in the electronic and mechanical category & industry
would be preferred
有良好的电子和机械类行业知识优先
4. Good knowledge in sourcing methods; supplier relationship management,
contract negotiation, analytical skills and legal/contractual knowledge
熟悉采购相关方法和流程，供应商关系管理，合同谈判，分析能力和法律/合同等知识
5. Good analytical skills and good communication skills
良好的分析能力和沟通能力
6. Fluent English in both speaking and writing
流利的英语听说读写能力
7. Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure
能够处理复杂问题，能承担工作压力
8. Microsoft office/SAP experience will be plus, and good at data analysis
and report
有微软办公/SAP经验者优先，擅长数据分析及报告.
