工作职责:
1. 定期管控、汇报和分析工厂生产指标 (包括效率、消耗品、生产订单差异等…) / Control, report and analyze plant KPI (incl. efficiency, indirect material consumable, production order variance) weekly & Monthly
2. 检查并分析生产工艺和物料变更带来的成本影响 / Check and analyze the cost impact for cycle and bill of material change
3. 与工厂及其他部门合作项目以提高生产效率和节约成本 / Work with plant and other functions on projects for productivity improvement and cost saving
4. 进行生产成本的月结、分析并与预算及预测进行对比 / Plant industry cost analysis, closure and compare the result with Budget and Forecast
5. 固定资产投资回报分析及支出追踪 / Plant CAPEX investment control and tracking and ROI analysis
6. 参与年度业务计划和成本预算的准备 / Involve in Plant Budget Preparation
7. 支持年度库存盘点等 / Support on Plant annual stock taking
任职资格:
1. CET4，英语听说读写熟练/ CET4 Able to read, write and speak English fluently
2. 熟练使用office软件 / Good at MS software
3. 扎实的专业知识 / Profound professional knowledge
4. 良好的沟通能力 / Good communication skills
5. 良好的学习能力 / Capability in fast learning
6. 良好的问题处理能力 / Proactivity in problem solving
