61 Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth.
61 Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process.
61 Manage day-to-day merchandising processes from sourcing, product development, order allocation/scheduling, vendor management, cost and budget control.
61 Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers' buying objectives.
61 Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals & terms.
61 Monitor supplier performance and bulk fabric quality standard control.
61 Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

You will thrive in the role if you ……
61 Minimum 10 years' relevant experience and independently work with US customers
61 Strong sweater knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
61 Familiar with Wal-Mart system.
61 Extensive experience in collaborating with offshore factories
61 Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
61 Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
61 Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
61 Occasional travel is required
