薪资结构：
综合底薪（基本工资+岗位佣金+全勤+餐补）
个人提成（线上小程序+线下门店）

岗位职责:
1.接待顾客的咨询，了解顾客的需求，提供良好的顾客服务
2.能力独立完成销售，同时也能协助其他销售顾问做好辅助工作
3.提供良好的售前、售中、售后服务及新老客户关系维护
4.随时整理商品陈列及补货调整，保证店面环境舒适、整洁

岗位要求：
- 年龄20-35，中专或以上学历；
- 五官端正，***；
- 热爱时尚，充满活力，性格开朗；
- 能够适应零售行业的工作环境以及工作时间，1年以上服装行业经验者尤佳；
- 具有高度的工作责任心，有团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧；
- 抗压能力强
- 喜欢穿搭，擅长自媒体，网感强尤佳
