工作内容：
负责公司的财务报表制作、财务数据记录和财务分析工作，协助公司总经理进行财务决策。
主要职责：
- 负责公司财务报表的制作和准确性，包括资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表等，具备一定的财务知识；
- 负责公司财务数据的记录和准确性，确保每个月的报表数据与实际业务数据一致，具备良好的财务敏锐度；
- 负责公司财务情况的分析，撰写财务分析报告，提供给公司总经理及其他高层管理人员，具备较强的财务分析能力；
- 协助公司总经理进行财务预算和财务决策，提供财务数据和分析结果，为公司总经理提供财务风险提示，具备良好的决策能力；
- 协助公司内部审计工作，对公司的财务制度和流程进行审计并提出改进建议，具备良好的内部审计意识；
- 完成公司领导交办的其他财务相关工作，具备良好的团队合作精神。
职位要求：
- 大专、本科或以上学历，财务、会计专业背景，具备一定的财务知识，有初级会计师证书优先；
- 不限工作经验，有制造业内外账经验的候选人优先；
- 熟练掌握财务报表的编制和财务数据的记录，懂得使用财务软件，如金蝶、用友等，具备良好的财务熟练度；
- 具有较强的财务分析能力和数据处理能力，具备良好的沟通能力，具备口头和书面沟通技巧；
- 具备团队合作精神和责任心，能够承担一定的工作压力，能够保持工作中的耐心。
