Job purpose工作目标
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for increasing revenue and hit sales targets through effective marketing campaigns. Primary goals of the job position is to create sales strategies that are backed by thorough regional and global market research and present sales and business development analyses in monthly reports.

Duties and responsibilities工作职责
61 Marketing and Sales Strategy: Update and finalise companywide annual marketing strategy to ensure business growth. This document will highlight key marketing objectives and opportunities throughout the year and will set out the tactics we will use to achieve our busines goals.

61 Annual Marketing Plan: Plan and deliver a programme of marketing activity to maximise sales and set out the key business opportunities throughout the year. This plan should be used to articulate to our team the activity that is planned and any actions required from them for its delivery.

61 Website Management: Take responsibility for the management and maintenance of company website, ensuring content is up to date, accurate and on brand at all times. Manage the relationship with our third-party web providers, instructing them as required to assist with website updates and maintenance, ensuring commercial opportunities are maximized within the customer journey whilst providing a positive customer experience.

Experience requirements

61 Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience or above.

61 Solid experience in fixed income rates and credits with related rmb bond onshore and offshore , and /derivatives products be advantage
61 具有固定收益利率和信贷方面的扎实经验,熟悉相关人民币债券(在岸和离岸)及衍生品产品者优先。

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Finance or in relevant majors.

Language requirements
语言要求 61 Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must. IELTS 7 is preferred.
