Job purpose工作目标
The Chief Operations Officer (Coo) is a highly skilled and experienced operational manager, strategic thought partner, and leader of organizational culture. The Coo will play a critical role in the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operational efficiency. The Coo will drive the operationalization of the strategic plan with a business-driven focus.

Duties and responsibilities工作职责
61 Coordinate and ensure strong execution across the Leadership Team in accordance with the strategic plan and drive strong cross-team systems;

61 Oversee financial strategy, supporting the Finance team in the development of financial models, budgets, and analyses; leverage data to drive key operational decisions;

61 Ensure the design and implementation of a long-range strategy in order to maintain financial health and create sustainability in a time of growth and scaling;

61 Engages directly with the management to ensure financial transparency and to communicate key financial goals and priorities;

61 Establish operational benchmarks and resources needed to achieve strategic goals proactively driving improvements as necessary; work in concert with Organizational effectiveness team to set standards of accountability and clearly defined measurements of success;

61 Acting as the client advocate and charged with maximizing customer satisfaction, account penetration and profitability in selected accounts, this position is responsible for the coordination and orchestration of all internal resources and external vendors;

61 Responsible for coordination, completion or delegation of all elements relating to the successful sale, including but not limited to product specification, design services, order entry, acknowledgment verification, order expediting, logistics, installation services, invoicing and collection;

61 Development of account profiles including, without limitation, names, specific locations and territories and divisions of national companies and strategic account plans for primary accounts, calls on all such accounts regularly, and delivery to management of detailed reports of same. The Employer may, at any time and in its sole discretion, assign to and reassign from the Employee accounts;

61 Write performance reviews, counseling documents and quarterly coachings within prescribed deadlines for timeliness. Deliver to staff members as necessary.

61 Cooperate with and complete assignments associated with internal and external audits in a timely fashion;

61 Oversee maintaining relations with external customers and developing a solid network of strategic partnerships.

Experience requirements经验要求
61 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Sales, Banking and Finance and operational management.
61 2-5 年运营、销售、银行和财务以及业务管理经验。
61 Solid experience in fixed income rates and credits with related products onshore and offshore, and /derivatives products be advantage.
61 在固定收益利率和信贷以及相关在岸和离岸产品和/衍生产品方面有丰富经验者优先。
Education requirements学历要求
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or in relevant majors.

61 Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must. IELTS 6 is preferred.
