职责RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review the project, know well about project contents;
熟悉项目合同各项内容及条款；

- Preparing all the documents, and write all kinds of report;
编写各种文件及报告；

- Be responsible or assist for welder qualification
and welding process qualification;
负责或协助负责焊工及焊接工艺评定；

- Design the fixtures and tools; 设计工装夹具；

- Work out the manufacture process; 编制制造工艺，作业指导书；

- Lead, train and support the welding operators; 组织培训焊工, 并进行技术
支持；

- Quality control on each process and do NDT inspections; 各工艺流程的质
量控制，无损检测；

- Welding cost control; 焊接成本控制

- Draft and review welding process and documents of all the project linked
to welding including NDT procedure. Guild the work of welding technician
制定审核公司所有项目焊接工艺，负责焊接文件的起草和NDT文件的审核

- In charge of workshop cost calculation linked to welding and draft the
welding manufacturing proposal of the tender offer
主导新项目焊接成本报价和工艺方案制定

- To be welding responsible person of CTE and in charge of welding
system qualification, welder training and test.
作为焊接负责人，负责公司焊接体系认证和维护、焊工培训、考核（内
部、外部）

- Lead or assist to project like PAC, nuclear or other important project
manufacturing process definition not only welding but also manufacturing
BOM set up
主导 或协助PAC，核电项目等重要项目制造文件的起草或审核以及生产
BOM

- Keep informed the latest welding technology and always propose the
most efficient process
掌握最新的焊接技术，提出最有效的焊接工艺

- Other important tasks arranged by manager as needed
领导安排的其他重要任务。

2. 知识及技能KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Bachelor degree in Welding technology or above, min. five years Main
Tasks and Responsibilities
本科及以上学历, 焊接技术专业, 至少2年以上工作经验

- Have knowledge and experience at welding field in China; IWE certificate
具备国内焊接领域相关知识和经历; ***持国际焊接工程师资格证

- Experience of Stick, MAG, TIG（arc Welding）method, can use these
different Welding methods for different material, for example carbon steel,
stainless steel and aluminum etc
具备电焊，MAG, TIG（弧焊）焊接方法经验, 能够针对不同材料,如碳钢,不锈
钢等,使用不同焊接方法;

- Basic knowledge of international quality requirement standard, material
standard, welding standard
具备欧洲质量要求标准,材料标准,焊接标准的基本知识

- Experience of steel structure manufacture
对钢结构制造有一定了解.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
计算机要求: 熟悉Office, AutoCAD

- Good ability to read, write, and speak English
良好的英文读写说能力.

- Have knowledge on material coating and painting is a plus.
具有喷涂喷漆知识或经验的优先。

- Chinese and English, French is a plus

- Good communicate with his peers, subordinates and hierarchy
