The Role
The Progress Manager is responsible for enabling students to successfully reach their learning objective.
Also, the Progress Manager is responsible for contributing to sales targets as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students.

Profile

You like giving guidance, feedback and helping students with their study plans
You are friendly and can build good relationships with students as their advisor

You are trustworthy, presentable and persistent

Key requirements
Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus
Excellent English communication skill, TEM-8 is preferred
At least 1 year work experience is a must
Strong customer services experience is preferred; education industry background is a plus.
