工作职责
Job duties
1) Guarantee the level of the service of the activities centralized under GBS scope according to the GBS SOP.
基于财务部的SOP,保证财务部的服务水准
2) Monitor and Organize the daily activity of the teams.
应收团队的日常管理工作
3) Liaise with corporate and local key business stakeholders
和相关业务部门负责人保持紧密合作,处理账款事宜
4) Act as business partner and liaise with other department such as: Controlling, Treasury, Business Development, IT and logistic to provide technical solution and process enhancement from accounting perspective
作为业务合作伙伴,与其他部门如:成本控制部,财务部,业务部,IT部以及物流部门紧密联系,以财会的角度提供技术解决方案和流程改进
5) Coordinate, support and organize the team (30+), provide training, coaching, and mentoring to develop future talent in the GBS.
协助提供团队内部的培训和人才梯队建设
6) Monitor the performance of the team and the service level by analyzing the global KPI and the Issue Log.
7) Guarantee high level of Governance and development of internal controls.
保证高质量的监管机制和内控流程
8) Process Improvement: work with process owners and other GBS managers to continue improve the end to end accounting processes and find efficiency
与流程负责人和其他部门经理合作,持续改进财务流程,提高效率
9) Projects: Be the main contact point of the OTC for the various project that corporate will launch every year (SAP new release, New Tools implementation, Job Rotation etc.).
作为公司每年启动的各种新项目(SAP新版本,新工具实施,岗位轮换等)的应收团队联络窗口

Requirements:
1) 7-10 Years of experience, with strong experience in Account Receivable or similar
7-8年财务应收相关经验
2) English to a professional level
英语流利
3)Experience in international or large multinational company
有跨国公司或大企工作背景优先
4)Strong Leadership and management skills

5)Strong communication and interpersonal skills
