工作职责：
1）To respond to customer’s requests with regard to quality issues as the primary contact
作为主要联系人回应客户关于质量问题的要求
2）To lead the team to plan the containment, corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints
带领团队针对客户投诉制定遏制、纠正和预防措施
3）To follow up the execution of those actions till the issues are closed
跟踪这些措施的执行情况，直到问题解决
4）To summary and analyze these customer complaints and to identify the opportunities for continuous improvement
汇总和分析这些客户投诉，并找出持续改进的机会
5）To release RMA and to lead the handling of those returned products.
发布RMA并处理退回的产品

Requirement职位要求:
1. Junior college diploma majored in mechanical or equivalent, a bachelor degree preferred.
机械或相关专业大专以上学历，本科优先
2. Must have Excellent written English, good spoken English preferred.
优秀的英语写作能力，良好的口语能力优先。
3. Be familiar with ISO9000/ISO14000/TS16949, QC tools like SPC, APQP, FMEA, PDCA, 8D etc.
熟悉ISO9000/ISO14000/TS16949, SPC, APQP, FMEA, PDCA, 8D等QC工具
4. Good data analysis, effective root cause analysis and problem solving capability.

5. 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

6. Good interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization as well as with the customers.
