Responsibilities:
Supply and logistics operation with warehouse in China
Stock management and yearly stock taking in China warehouse.
Coordinate with factories/forwarders in shipping schedule, shipment bookings, origin charges, payment status, etc.
Good awareness of vessel schedule, space allocation and local transportation.
Be flexible about container consolidation.
Work closely with our overseas sales offices and factories for order follow up.
Update company system timely.
Prepare full set of shipping documentation.
Express/courier follow up & customs declaration.
Report to Logistic Manager for daily business.

Requirements:
University Graduation or above
5 years or above relevant working experience
Experience with toys manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferred
Experience of Direct Import to Amazon or other US Customers is an advantage.
Solid experience in full set of I/E documents and sea freight operation
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluent written & spoken English
