1. 工作职责
1.1了解各业态品牌，制定业态规划及调整方案，达成目标。
1.2保证商场理想的出租状况，使出租率与租金收入达到预期目标。
1.3负责租户租金和各项费用的收取，保证租金收缴情况，确保商场收益。
1.4负责跟进所分管楼层租户的档案与数据管理。
1.5负责维护所分管楼层的租户关系并保证流畅的沟通。
1.6全面执行和维护集团EHS管理方针及EHS管理体系的运行要求，严格按照国家EHS法律法规及EHS体系管理要求完成工作任务。
1.7完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
2. 任职资格
2.1 学历：大学本科以上学历，工商管理或经济类相关专业。
2.2 经验/技能：
2.2.1 三年以上知名百货品类招商工作经验，具备综合体招商工作经验优先；
2.2.2 对所负责品类有比较多的品牌资源；
2.2.3 了解国家、地方的商品法、消费者权益法等相关法律法规；
2.2.4 熟悉EHS体系运行、有EHS内审员经历且参加过EHS内审、外审者优先考虑。
2.3 能力/特质：
2.3.1 为人诚信，良好的职业素养；
2.3.2 优秀的谈判能力及数字能力，良好的沟通及协调能力；
2.3.3 工作积极主动、细致认真、责任心强、学习能力佳。
