岗位职责：
1、 To provide quality technical services to brands and customers in both thread and structural components business.
2、 To support the Global footwear Technical goals conducting training, seminar, product recommendation, development and trials.
3、 To support the sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of the Coats offer for thread.
4、 Provide Sewing and support and problem solving for customers
5、 Technical service support to Buyers/ Buying Offices/Customers
6、 Provide technical training – internal and external, seminars, workshops, PES, technical presentations on company, product/brand promotion.
7、 Provide Technical Audits, consumption and product analysis as required
8、 Build close relationships and support sales team to develop sales of high value products.
9、 Support all activities for testing or implementation of Global Technical Initiatives.
10、 Support the with testing new Thread developments.
11、 Reporting
（1） Report to direct manager for key issues as they arise.
（2） Provide on time weekly Technical Reports Direct manager copied to Asia Manager.
