The third party service quality professionalism audit
Evaluate the professionalism and patience of front-line agents in answering questions throughmonthly customer satisfaction survey report.
Audit the timeliness, professionalism and service attitude of the third party on-siterescue services through monthly customer satisfaction survey report.
The third party service cases and cost audit
Through the third party monthly service bill and details, check a number of factors of the case.including customer vehicle frame number comparison, case service item system record query, customervehicle warranty period and service fee ownership.
Through the third-party service case details, make an overall analysis report and issue a monthlyanalysis report on the proportion of case types.
Roadside assistance service vehicle series and various problems (such as region, climate andtopography) causing vehicle problem trend analysis through background data.
Customers welfare transportation /accommodation bill support material audit (invoice /signaturedocument /receipt)
SAP system operation related to road rescue business, including PO establishment, receipt and billreview.
The support of roadside assistant business CCO system content and function enrichment andupdate.
Online (mail and CCO system) and offline management of dealer Roadside Assistance business.rescue vehicles, tools and stickers (including service provider communication regularly and dealer emailreply and problem information record)
Dealer roadside assistance vehicle tool usage rate, business evaluation and roadside assistancehotline information management.
Monthly service fee PV issuing and signing and transfer finance invoice reviewed.
