职位描述

61 5+ years’ experience in IBM/Sterling B2B Integrator and associated suite of products.

61 Extensive knowledge in BPML (Business Processing Modelling Language) in Sterling integrator using the existing services and adaptors.

61 Expert understanding of industry standard file transfer protocols SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS

61 Strong knowledge in creating transfers using Connect-Direct

61 Excellent analytical, logical and understanding skills

61 Highly skilled in complex problem solving, critical thinking, applying judgement, building consensus, and decision making.

61 Worked on PGP encryption and decryption tools.

61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

61 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with the ability to translate complex technical information into an engaging and understandable format for customers and business leaders.

61 Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

61 Excellent planning and organizational skills with a proven track record of strategic execution.

61 L3 support capabilities, participate in crisis calls for service recovery, MIRs and SIPs. Own the resolution of problems in hand, demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent recurrence. Manage and coordinate the resolution of production incidents along with RCA.

61 Knowledge in production support, release management, delivery artifacts and delivery management.

61 Understanding CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability tools e.g. AppDynamics, Splunk etc. would be an added advantage.

61 Programming experience: Java, SQL, XPATH, XSLT, Unix shell script.

61 Database management experience, Oracle and SQL Server.

61 Proven ability and willing to learn new technologies.

61 A strong level of IT literacy, including a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure (operating systems, networking, security).

61 Strong sense of 'do the right thing' in relation to standards and governance.

61 Flexible to work in rotating shifts and provide out of hours support on rotation basis to support the services.

61 Certifications (IBM or equivalent) would be an added advantage.



Role Responsibility:

61 Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify requirements and deliver high quality MFT integration that are efficient and maintainable.

61 Understanding the business requirement, design, development and implementation of partner setup, performing unit testing and development of transmission solutions for large scale enterprises ensuring security and compliance standard are met.

61 Lead the development and implementation of automation and efficiency of MFT processes and procedures.

61 Design and develop test scripts/plans.

61 Develop a culture of continuous service improvement to enhance the customer experience and eliminates operational inefficiencies.

61 Production support including on-call and weekend shift working.

61 Manage stakeholder communications and provide timely updates where necessary.

61 Maintain appropriate communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across regional engineering teams (i.e. internal and external).

61 Provide technical leadership to other team members.

61 Participate in, and lead crisis calls as applicable.

61 Educate the team on the required etiquette while working through MIRs and PIR’s.

61 Serve as a sounding board for specific problem-solving challenges and offer encouragement and support to the team.

61 Interact with customer application teams and other infrastructure teams to ensure they are aware of any ongoing infrastructure issues to avoid / minimize downtime of services.

61 Utilize extensive knowledge to proactively identify problem situations, review the problems, engage associates to plan for investigation, and resolution within SLAs.

61 Create / maintain knowledge base through documentation in Confluence.
