东莞招聘

1、负责公司及子公司日常资金管理、银行对账、资金核算等工作，确保资产安全；
2、根据公司规定的费用报销及收付款审批手续，办理银行及现金结算业务，及时登记并与相关业务人员核对；负责公司及子公司员工工资、费用报销等等的发放；
3、编制记录现金及银行日记账，做好资金进出登记及催收催付往来款工作；
4、负责做好与银行相关业务对接，做好银行相关印章及印鉴的保管工作；
5、负责计算子公司员工工资及复核直营人员工资；
6、根据子公司审核无误的收付款原始凭证编制记帐凭证，录入财务金蝶系统，按月按编号顺序折叠整齐装订成册后，归档妥善保存；
7、根据现金、银行存款日记帐及时与库存现金、银行存款对单核对，做到日清月结；现金收支和办理银行各种票据要准确无误，每日对库存现金进行盘点，保证帐实相符，按月打印现金日记帐，银行存款日记帐及银行对帐单；
8、根据银行日记帐的收付款记录，催收及登记各部门的发票回笼；
9、妥善保管直营店铺以外的所有押金收据；
10、协助每月或每半年或者每年度的各部门盘点工作；
11、协助每年两次的发布会及不定期的清尾货或特卖会工作；
12、负责副董事长及董事长的私人银行帐户管理；
13、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，会计、财务等相关专业，东莞 人，年龄25-38岁；
2、诚信正直爱岗敬业认真仔细高度的责任感良好的职业道德；
3、熟练操作财务软件、MSOFFICE(例如Excel等)，熟悉办理各项银行业务；
4、具备日常现金管理、银行的收支、核算、记账、票据审核的知识和能力;
5、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和扎实的财务知识。
