职位描述
Major responsibility主要职责:
1. Assemble the furniture sample by instruction sheet, check its appearance, construction and function.
依据说明书组装家具样品,检查其外观、结构和功能。
2. Conduct day-to-day testing task with machine by testing schedule daily.
按照每天的测试计划使用机器进行日常测试。
3. Record the test data and report the issue found in an accurately and timely manner during testing.
记录测试数据,并在测试过程中准确、及时地报告发现的问题。
4. Take ownership in bringing in more value-added technical/engineering capabilities to identify and analyze possible root causes of any product defect.
主动引入更多增值技术/工程能力,以识别和分析任何产品缺陷的根本原因。
5. Maintain Lab’s 6s, testers and fixture related with team members.
与团队成员维护实验室6s、测试装置和夹具。
6. Others work assigned by direct supervisor.
直接主管指派的其他工作。
Qualification资格:
1. College graduate, major in mechanical engineering or with equivalent engineering training qualifications; 2+ year experience in machine operation, or product testing, or quality work, or CNC electrical equipment maintenance / repair. (Familiar with one of the above skills is acceptable, and testing training is provided)
大专毕业,机械工程专业或具有同等工程培训资质;3年以上机器操作经验,或产品测试经验,或质量工作经验,或数控电子测试机器维护/维修经验。(熟悉以上其中一项技能也可接受,提供测试培训)
2. Can read and write some basic English documents.
能读写一些基本的英语文件。
3. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and responsible working attitude; and able to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and meet deadlines;
积极主动、有组织、注重细节、负责任的工作态度;能够优先考虑工作、同时处理多项任务、设定目标并在截止日期前完成任务;
4. Good knowledge and skills of office software.
具备良好的办公软件知识和技能。
5. Good knowledge of industrial testing standards, including BIFMA and ISTA is a plus; Experience of fixture build knowledge is a plus.
熟悉工业测试标准,包括BIFMA和ISTA者优先;有夹具制造经验优先。
6. Translates, maintains and updates documentations experience is a plus.
有翻译、维护和更新文档经验者优先。
