Principle Accountabilities:
1.Manage the CSSC resources and ensuring that they are performing according to the OLAs set by the IT operations and the IT functional groups in China, the regions and globally.
2.Work with existing IT leadership teams to leverage best practices among the various sites/regions to improve overall quality, delivery and cost of service.
3.Collaborate among the IT leaders whose employees are based in CSSC to ensure that their projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet the quality standards.
4.Increase efficiency and effectiveness of site IT operations through various means including LEAN IT strategies, increased use of shared services, standardization and best practice sharing.
5.Meet all corporate standards, policies and procedures and pass all audits.

This role will require close working relationships with senior management across Global IT leadership team and other functional teams including but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, Materials and supply chains in the supported sites as well as an intimate understanding of appropriate and leading edge technologies to support company business’s objectives.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Degree in computer science, information technology, Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 10-15 years of leading global organizations in a senior information technology role and preferably with exposure in electronics manufacturing environment.
-Proven effectiveness in a managing IT staffs in a multi-national company environment and fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is a must.
-Solid understanding of IT and application needs within a factory, covering Human resources, Finance, supply chains-materials, inventory, warehousing, logistics, production/shop floor,
-Extensive experience in managing large enterprise systems especially ERP(Finance, Materials management, warehousing, China customs and logistics) and MES systems.
-Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead by example and motivate the team to achieve set goals.
-Strong business sense coupled with an analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills to run a customer-oriented service organization.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively at all levels and be culturally sensitive with employees across the globe.
-Track record of driving innovation and change to improve business processes/operations and increase value to the business
-Capable of balancing technology and business leadership to optimize the effectiveness of team and solutions.
-Lean/Six Sigma Green belt will be an added advantage.
