1. Help industry director define CAPEX budget plan by considering all demands of business growth;
2. Draw up annual engineering project master planning, with objective, purpose, applications, cost of projects, equipment and human resources needed;
3. Work closely with global resources on major projects (mainly innovation) and learn expertise through the process.
4. Pilot engineering projects from design to implementation:
- Define specifications for project design and validate the design with the support from global experts;
- Validate project BOQ, involve in bidding with support of purchasing department;
- Ensure safety & quality of the project, organize project assessment;
- Monitor project whole process and contractor efficiency management;
5. Cooperate with related departments to ensure comply with requirements as compliance with regulations, meet with GMP, application reliability, etc.;
6. Manage Engineering resource for small project, trouble shooting, and performance improvement;
7. Responsible for engineering department annual cost budget.
8. Define department organization. manage training plan and ensure Engineering team capable to lead projects correctly.
