Job Description
Aligning with Groupe strategy to:
1. Follow-up challenging factories’ social corrective action plan.
2. Develop a social supportive mechanism with audited factories in China.
3. Suggest solutions to tackle the most challenging/common compliance issues.
4. Leading compliance meeting and training with other departments, such as quality and procurement
5. Build up an external network with compliance stakeholders.
6. Manage the compliance coordinator in implementing the HQ audit plan.
7. Contribute to the reliability of internal tools.
8. Report to HQ compliance manager


Job Request
1. Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility.
2. Minimum 5 years working experiences in CSR field.
3. Excellent oral and written English skills.
4. Auditor Certification is must, such as SA8000.
5. Strong teamwork spirit.
6. Reliability of analysis and data use.
7. Abilities & willingness to travel frequently.
