职位描述
Functions and Responsibilities
Work with Senior Packaging & Design developer on reviewing and approving White Box and Pre-Production packaging samples.
Work with Senior Packaging & Design developer on material selection for printed materials and effects: foil, special coatings, etc.
Collaborate with printers on the production of printed material.
Support Sales and Logistics team on the Palette Layout, Master Carton, and Container Loads.
Link the Graphic team with the Factories for production follow-up, print proofs and color match approval, and material confirmation.
Check packaging functionality at the factory level.
Ensure that the pre-production sample meets technical specifications and can be effectively produced.
Ensure consistent color management between the printed packaging and the brand guideline.
Understand color profiles and settings for accurate color reproduction.
Collaborate with printers and understand the printing process.
Research and identify sustainable packaging materials and design choices to minimize environmental impact, with a focus on waste reduction.
Requirements
Diploma in graphic design or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
2 years of experience in pre-press graphics and structural design
Knowledge of printing processes and their specifications
Proficiency in oral and written English
Professional skills
Attention to detail and rigor.
Strong technical and structural design skills
Strong organization and project management skills
Ability to work in a team or solo.
Comfortable with tight deadlines, good time management
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to receive comments and translate them into solutions
Understanding of the toy industry
Ability to follow established processes
