工作职责:
工作职责：
1. Provide service to all employees in employee service center, such as employees query, guide employees how to login payslip system.
在员工服务中心提供服务，如解答员工疑问，指引员工登录电子工资单系统等问题
2. Handel with registration and reduction of employee’s social insurance account.
协助为员工办理社保增员/减员
3. Assist employees to apply social insurance card and related social insurance benefits.
协助员工办理社保卡以及申领社保相关待遇
4. Follow up and remind employees to apply for maternity allowance and collect the application results.
提醒员工申请生育津贴并收集相关资料予以跟进
5. Assist payroll handler to collect MBO result and allowance data, organize and maintain the data into SAP system.
协助收集MOB奖金和津贴数据，并将此整理维护在SAP系统中
6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
协助处理上司交代的其他事宜
任职资格:
Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree major in human resources preferred.
本科学历，人力资源专业优先
2. 1-2 years HR related experience, having working experience in manufactory or large company is plus.
1-2年人力资源相关经验，有制造业或大企业工作背景优先考虑
3.Basic ability in read and written English.
英语阅读和书写能达基本要求
4.Have positive working attitude and strong confidential sense, good at communication and problem solving.
积极主动的工作态度，沟通能力强，内驱力强
