Responsibilities:
1.Prepare monthly closing report, monitor OCF and P&L, and work with business and Finance team to address issues and improve performance.
2.Prepare cost analysis, KPI dashboard, Productivity Reports and performance analysis
3.Review and monitor Great China Capex (ROI, Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting) for all SBU and functions
4.Assist management to identify cost savings and align strategic objectives
5.Train new business controllers on financial systems, understanding BV Finance and accounting
6. Cooperate with SSC to ensure accounting booking on function cost allocation reasonable
7. Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies
8. Projects analysis requested by RFC
9. Communication window between global finance and BC team, responsible for central function projection and GC whole picture consolidation during budget and forecast
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis
3. Good communication and team work
