Job Description 岗位职责
Customer service :
- Lead prepare and negotiate logistics tender with sales team,
- Represent the organization to existing customers, potential customers, and others external sources in the industry
- Monitor new customer integration (process, system, reporting, support team, helpdesk, KPI...)
- Work closely together with sales colleagues and related functions in order to maximize sales potentials and help meet the business goals
- Maintain close working relationships with the Operation, Customer Service, Logistics and Sales teams.
- Provide support to the operations team for operations issues and training when necessary
- Offer suggestion for optimizing the internal process when necessary
Warehouse:
- Develop and monitor the planning, organizing and execution of logistics activities for clients with warehouse team
- Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals
- Resolve work-related problems and submit progress reports
- Stay informed of logistics technology advances, and apply the appropriate technology in order to improve operation processes
- Workers and process Productivity data analysis and improvement
Logistics :
- Provide support to Logistics related operation process
- Offer suggestion and optimizing internal process when necessary
Quotation:
- Check with Pricing team to provide the best solution with quotation to customers
- Check with operation team, customs team, warehouse team to make SOP for new customers or new project.

Job Requirement 岗位要求
- College above
- 2 years or above working experience in supply chain or forwarding industry
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing
- High sense of job responsibilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
