Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Sales and Business Development Director, the position of Business Development specialist provides administration support to the sales and marketing organization, supporting, developing and implementing marketing and sales activities with the team in China.
Job Duties:
1.0 Coordinate general administrative activities to support Sales, providing strategic and tactical support to the Sales organizations through the alignment of resources, process improvement, standardization, administration tools and systems.
2.0 RFQ, Follow up with new customer leads, prepare for final quotation and coordinates requirements with related department.
3.0 NPI, work with CFT team to manager NPI to ensure new product launch on time.
4.0 Sales report and regular documentations such as agreement, contract etc.
5.0 Support in developing, implementing marketing and sales strategy in China.
6.0 Act as the lead for marketing promotions, events, CRM system maintenance. Responsible for planning, organizing and executing marketing campaigns that generate new prospects and repeat purchases.
7.0 Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
8.0 Formulates market research programs to identify, segment, and quantify served and potential markets for existing and new business.
9.0 Interfaces with support departments (Budget, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Internal Audit, HRD, Administration, Building Administration and General Purchasing) to ensure coordinated effort for related activity.
10.0 Performs other functions as maybe required by the Chairman/CEO and Commercial and Business Development Director Asia after due training and qualification.
