Principal Responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Independently settle legal issue for SZ Export projects.

-Provide Allergen, GMO, HALAL info and relevant certificate, coordinate with HQ Legal Team to provide IL,NIP,COA to EPC.

-Provide technical legal support for oversea consumer and clients' concerns

独立完成对深圳出口项目的法务支持

-提供过敏原、转基因、清真状况，与总部法规团队合作提供配料、营养成分给出口项目组

-从技术和法规角度回答客户的疑问和消费者的咨询

2. Support new product development and product improvement project from legal point of view.

从法规上支持新产品的开发和产品改进方案。

3. Assist to create and update new product recipes according to trials and productin requirement.

根据实验和生产需求协助创建和更新配方。

4. Responsible to maintain systems and keep well cross departments communications.

负责维护系统的技术数据，并和各部门保持良好沟通。

5. Assist food safety team about hazard analysis.

协助食品安全小组进行危害分析。

Qualifications 任职资格：

1.3 years or above experience in regulatory functions with food industries.

3年以上在食品行业从事法规方面的工作经验。

2.Good knowledge about food laws/regulations/standards and packaging/labeling regulations.

熟悉食品法律法规，以及食品包装标签法规。

3. Knowledge of food/confectionery processing technology.

具备食品或糖果类工艺技术知识。

4. Good capability of data analysis, planning, and good communication skills both in Chinese and English.

良好的数据分析，计划能力，较好的中英文沟通能力。

5. Willing to work under pressure.

能承受压力。
