Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
To assist in installation, and startup of new batch system and modified mixing equipment as department receiver to meet the changing needs of the plant.
Conduct feasibility and reliability tests to debug/verify design concepts to ensure flawless startup.
Conduct equipment and process experiments and innovations to achieve operational excellence and eliminate batch errors.
Reduce batch variability and improve melting performance through mixing process improvement
initiatives and projects.
Optimize and operate weighing/mixing/crushed/raw material equipments.
Technical analysis of weighing/mixing/crushed/raw material processes.
Process troubleshooting.

Education & Experience:
5+ years in steel or machine manufacturing is preferred.
Bachelor or above degree in Chemical, Material or Mechanical discipline, Mechanical is preferred.
Skillful in operation activity.
International & multi-culture communication & coordination ability.
