Main Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Product Engineering Department management to oversee each engineer performance appraisal and goal (KPI) setting.
1.Develop, evaluate and optimize manufacturing methodology and process driving on quality, cost, delivery and yield improvement.
2.Lead daily production troubleshooting, Kaizen, cost reduction and value engineering projects, and lean manufacturing implementation. Support quality improvement and scrap reduction.
3.Work with NPI and Automation team to optimize manufacturing feasibility and Dfx engagement, new capacities and capabilities readiness for mass production.
4.Responsible to process control, spare control, work with Industrial Engineering and equipment maintenance team to optimize overall equipment/process efficiency, cycle time, capacity and capabilities.
5.Coach and develop team members on their knowledge and working skills, provide the direction to engineers to outcome any technical problems.
6.Maintain the tooling/fixture to ensure a stable manufacturing environment and minimize the downtime.
7.Ownership of BOM, MIP, SOP, DOE, FA, DFX and PFMEA.
8.Complete other tasks which assigned by line manager.

Job requirements：
1.10 years working experience in global manufacturing company, Min 3 years of management role in PE/ME management.
2.Familiar with soft goods manufacturing processes such as cutting, laminating, bonding, curing assembly, testing, etc.
3.Expert Knowledge and experience with IE/Lean manufacturing concepts and methods.
4.Strong leadership, influencing, project management & problem-solving skills to inspire people for on-going improvements and executions.
5.Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding factory environments, ergonomics and safety.
6.Possess positive thinking, good communication and coordination skills.
7.Fluent English language and presentation skills for customer meetings and management meetings.
8.Able to work well under pressure.
