Main Job Responsibilities:
1.You will be principally responsible for the overall implementation of the Operations Department working methods for the company’s hard, hard/soft hybrid, and smart product accessories lines.
2.Coordinate and initiate the operational excellence projects that contribute to quality, delivery, cost and productivity of the whole operation.
3.Collaboration with Operations Team for annual IE budget plan and roadmap aiming at maximizing efficiencies and pioneering innovative techniques and methods.
4.Set objectives, coach subordinates and evaluates their performance.
5.Develop and implement a standard systematic platform for the local factories to achieve world-class manufacturing excellence；
6.Drive and track the operations functional team’s commitment and progress of the running operation improvement project/program.
7.Attend internal design strategy meetings with other key engineers and development members.
8.Create and maintain an engineering process database in cooperation with Product Engineering team detailing available technologies and methods used in today’s manufacturing, as well as detailing current company capabilities /competencies.
9.Act as a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements.
10.Plan for the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to maintain and improve efficiency and lower cost.
11.Coordinate standardization of multiple projects and close partnership with Operations in driving processing management.
12.Develop knowledge training programs to all local factory’s IE teams including but not limit to Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, 5S, etc.
13.lead the regular layout optimization process optimization and labor second optimization
14.Maintain your department’s KPI’s and deliverables defined by global operation Director.

Job requirements：
1.10 years working experience in global manufacturing company, Min 3 years of management roles in IE/Lean manufacturing.
2.Familiar with soft goods manufacturing processes such as cutting, laminating, bonding, curing assembly, testing, etc.
3.Expert Knowledge and experience with IE/Lean manufacturing concepts and methods.
4.Strong leadership, influencing, project management & problem-solving skills to inspire people for on-going improvements and executions.
5.Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding factory environments, ergonomics and safety.
6.Possess positive thinking, good communication and coordination skills.
7.Fluent English language and presentation skills for customer meetings and management meetings.
8.Able to work well under pressure.
