岗位职责：
1，负责客户订单接收、交期确认后，与客户的联络，包装、出货资料、开票资料的提供及货款的催收；
2，负责根据客户需求转换为内部生产型号下达生产指令单，及时向PMC部门传达订单相关信息，让其按指令安排生产出货，并及时跟踪进度；
3，负责对接客户端处理沟通不良品退货/换货等事宜；
4，根据客户质量和交期等要求，跟进样品生产进度，处理内部部门与客户之间的沟通、对接；
5，负责客户售后工作的跟进管理，如有客户或客户其它要求，及时有效传达给各相关部门寻求处理方案；
6，上级临时安排的各项工作；

任职需求：
1，28-40周岁，大专以上学历，硅胶、塑胶、橡胶行业结构件跟单工作经验3年以上优先；
2，熟悉公司产品，了解产品生产流程及工艺，熟悉公司内部各环节的工作流程；
3，有和客户直接沟通和产品报价的工作经验；
4，具有良好的沟通能力、执行能力强，具有一定的管理和统筹能力；
5，抗压能力强，具有较强的执行力；
6，电脑操作熟练，会使用EXCEL、Word等常用办公软件；
