1、负责新产品研发，需要独自完成结构设计、外观设计、产品可行性分析及调试，有灯具开发经验优先；
2、根据领导的要求提供设计方案；熟悉五金，注塑或者压铸等结构。
3、具备一定的创新能力，较强的问题解决能力，能在设计产品中体现出各种细节，使产品最优化；
4、能够独立完成整个产品设计项目，拥有丰富的想象能力及设计能力者优先；
5、熟练使用一种三维CAD软件，能使用SolidWorks或UG或PRO/E；熟悉一种渲染软件，如Keyshot或其它。
6、熟练使用Autocad，Office软件；
7、工作认真细心，善于沟通，有团队合作意识。
